例）The town is surrounded by the sea. （その町は海に囲まれている。）
・surround A with B：AのまわりをBで囲む
例）She surrounded the cake with strawberries. （彼女はケーキのまわりをいちごで囲んだ。）
・実際には be surrounded by「〜に囲まれている」の受け身の形でよく使うよ。
