・notice / feel one's presence：〜がいることに気づく、気配を感じる
例）I felt someone's presence behind the door. （ドアの向こうに誰かの気配を感じた。）
・have a strong presence：存在感がある
例）The singer has a strong presence on stage. （その歌手はステージでの存在感が抜群だ。）
・反対語はabsence(いないこと・欠席)。セットで覚えると忘れにくい。
・形容詞present(出席している・その場にいる)の名詞形がpresence。
